Sturdy Engines, a 16 year old division of Hedahls Parts Plus of Milbank, South Dakota, has the well deserved reputation for dependable racing engines designed for every racing division and every budget. At Sturdy, we build Chevy, Ford and Mopar V-8s and also do a lot of work on Ford 4-cylinder engines. Our work is not limited to racing, though. We build power plants for automotive, agricultural and industrial use as well. Some of the quality products we install in engines at Sturdy include Ross, Crower and Keith Black pistons, Oliver and Eagle rods, Sealed Power products and Scat rods and cranks. The team of engine specialists at Sturdy vow to make sure our customers never come back saying that they were underpowered. We utilize many custom components to configure racing engines to match the needs and driving style of each individual customer.
